Where do I start? Im 7 months prego with a 2yr old at home. The ac stopped worked Monday morning. I called the home warranty and they sent the work order to Shane. I called him directly to find out what his schedule looked like and he advised 2-3 days. Honestly, 2-3 days in mid July Arizona heat, is not bad for turn around time. He called me back later the same day and said he had time to come out now to take a look at the unit. Thanks to Shane, my family was only with out ac for a few hours. He repaired the unit same day and offered his professional opinion on the future of the unit.its original to the house that was build is 83. I will be calling Shane for future maintenance and unit replacement. I am very grateful to his customer service and knowledge.
