I had a very old unit. After a few visits, including 2 delays because of rain, Shane tried a few fixes that didn't ultimately fix the problem with my heater. In the end, he recommended a new unit and was able to convince my home warranty to replace. I appreciated the effort extra it took to get it replaced. It's working great now!
