This company and the tech that came out (Shane) was far and away better than the first two companies that my home warranty sent. The first two looked at my system and gave up within 15 minutes and said they just couldnt fix it and to find someone "certified". This turned out to be nonsense. Shane came out and spent some time with it, even phoning the manufacturer from my attic. He learned the issue quickly, got ahold of the part and came back out once he had it. Patty from the office kept me informed also. This second trip was about 20 minutes and Shane had it running again. Highly professional and you can tell Shane and Patty care about their customers. Excellent communication as well. If you have a choice, choose this company or suggest them to your home warranty. People like this deserve your business.

We had a busted A/C, and Shane was at my house within 2 hours of our call to our warranty, taking care to be responsive since my wife was recovering from surgery. He not only fixed the A/C, but explained the problem and how I could avoid similar issues in the future. I could not have asked for better service!

I contacted my homeowner insurance Friday night to request a service repair for my AC. We realized before bedtime that our AC was not kicking on. Shane from AC Works, called first thing Saturday morning and was able to get out to the house later that morning. He gave a 30min courtesy call and arrived on time. He listened to our issues and within a matter of 30min had the problem fixed, the new equipment replaced and our AC back on. We are forever grateful for Shanes promptness in getting us up and running again. These AZ summers are no joke and with 2 young kids in the home AC is a must.
